San Francisco Stay-At-Home Order
Applicable to: all San Francisco Residents
12/15/2020, 1:00pm
This week, the city of San Francisco issued a Regional Order directing people to stay in their homes until January 4 in response to the recent surge of COVID-19 cases in the Bay Area. After reviewing this order, we have put in place new directives to prioritize your health and safety while maintaining the highest level of service possible.
To comply with new city regulations, we will be making the following changes to the operations of the building:
- All building amenities will close at midnight tonight. Private reservations and one-on-one personal training in the fitness center will no longer be permitted. We will continue to host open outdoor classes.
- The management and leasing office is now closed for general access. However, all staff will still be available and you can reserve an appointment to meet with one of us if needed. Contact information is below.
- Due to reduced staff on-site, only essential work and maintenance orders will be completed at this time.
For residents who have opted in to our in-home package delivery program, expect to hear directly from the concierge to coordinate alternative delivery options. Essential building staff will remain on hand to continue service operations with some staff members working remotely. Our teams will be monitoring emails and voice messages, and will plan to respond to all requests within 24 hours. Please include the email address you have on file with us and your phone number in your message.
In addition to these new regulations, we would like to kindly remind everyone of the existing protocols that remain in place. Those who fail to adhere to these guidelines may be subject to fines levied by the city of San Francisco. Please report any infractions of these city ordinances you observe to the management team so that we can address them.
- Our guest policy remains suspended. Staff will allow only immediate family members and caregivers to visit.
- When in the common areas of the building, try to stay at least six feet apart from those around you. This includes on the elevators. Please be courteous of each other; if you are uncomfortable sharing the elevator with someone else or if someone mentions that they are uncomfortable sharing it with you, we ask that you wait for the next available one to arrive.
- Masks must be worn at all times in common areas of the building. This includes hallways, lobbies and elevators.
- Indoor social gatherings are not allowed
We thank you for your patience as we navigate these challenging times together. Our staff is always here to answer any questions or address any concerns you may have regarding our new building policies, so please do not hesitate to reach out.
How We're Supporting Our Team
Applicable to: all San Francisco Residents
3/25/2020, 2:00pm
We wanted to thank you for the outpouring of support we’ve received from you over the past few weeks in regard to our building staff members and the exceptional work they are doing. They are all committed to making your home as safe as possible, and have stepped up to take on that task now more than ever before. Please know that we are seeing all of your feedback and that it is not going unnoticed by our leadership. We are also sharing your words with our staff to uplift them during this difficult time.
As they are doing so much for all of us, we thought we would share what steps we are taking to prioritize their health and safety and to show our appreciation.
- All employees are being asked to consider how they are feeling before coming to work each day. If anyone is feeling ill, we are requiring them to stay home and not report to work. Additionally, if any employee believes that s/he has had close exposure to COVID-19, we are asking that employee to stay home.
- Everyone has been fully trained in best practices for reducing the spread of COVID-19, including frequently washing hands and maintaining a distance of six feet from each other at all times.
- Many deliveries are being handled through a contact-free system, reducing our staff’s interaction with food orders.
- All building sites are stocked with gloves, disinfectant and anti-bacterial materials. All work stations and common areas are also being routinely cleaned.
- Senior leadership is conducting daily check-ins on staff members to boost morale and ensure that all concerns are being taken care of.
We have always known that our employees are our greatest asset, and we think you’ll agree that at this time they are holding our standards and community together with empathy, professionalism and care. Please continue to share your stories with us and do not hesitate to reach out if there is anything else we can do.

3/16/2020, 8:30pm
As you may have heard, the city of San Francisco issued an order directing people to stay in their homes until April 7 in response to the COVID-19 (coronavirus) outbreak. As the health and safety of our community is our top priority, we are committed to following this direction while maintaining the highest level of service possible.
To comply with city regulations, we will be making the following changes to the operations of our buildings:
- The management and leasing offices will be closed effective tomorrow.
- Essential building staff will remain on hand to continue service operations, but many staff members will be working remotely. Our teams will be monitoring emails and voice messages, and will plan to return all within 24 hours. Please include the email address you have on file with us and your phone number in your message.
Our staff will be doing everything they can to keep the building running as smoothly as usual, and we appreciate your continued patience as we work through these challenging times. As always, do not hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or concerns regarding our new building policies. We do apologize for any inconvenience.
In-Home Package & Food Delivery Services
Applicable to: all San Francisco Residents
3/12/2020, 10:00pm
The health and safety of our community and employees is our top priority and as such, we want to share some changes that we are making out of an abundance of caution. Effective March 13th, we have decided to suspend in-home package service and food deliveries directly to your door. Here is how we plan to manage this change:
- Package deliveries: Our team of expert concierge members will now hold packages at the front desk as an alternate to in-home delivery (if you were enrolled). We kindly ask that you come to the desk to retrieve your items after you are notified that they are available for pick up. You can track your packages’ arrival through the Related Connect app or on the monitors in the package rooms.
- Food deliveries: For food deliveries (including Uber Eats, Seamless, Delivery.com, etc.), you will be notified by our concierge that your food has arrived. We ask that you come to the lobby to retrieve your delivery. For food deliveries such as Fresh Direct, we will continue to hold these at the front desk as in the past.
